Need help with Loopora? Email the developer and describe what happened. Please include your device model, operating-system version, app version, and the steps that led to the problem. Do not include passwords or other sensitive personal information.

Game progress

Progress and gameplay statistics are stored only on your device. Clearing app data or uninstalling the game may remove them. Loopora 1.0 does not include an account or cloud save.

Music or sound is missing

Open Settings in the game and confirm that Music and Sound Effects are enabled. Also check your device volume and silent or focus settings, then fully close and reopen the game.

Change the game language

Open Settings and choose Device language, ไทย, or English. The change applies immediately and is remembered on the device.

A level appears stuck

Use Undo, Restart, or Hint from the gameplay controls. Hints and every World in Loopora 1.0 are free.

Privacy

Loopora 1.0 does not collect or transmit personal information. Read the complete Loopora Privacy Policy.

เพลงหรือเสียงไม่ทำงาน

เปิด Settings ในเกมและตรวจว่าเปิดเพลงประกอบกับเสียงเอฟเฟกต์แล้ว จากนั้นตรวจระดับเสียง โหมดปิดเสียงหรือโหมด Focus ของอุปกรณ์ แล้วปิดและเปิดเกมใหม่อีกครั้ง

เปลี่ยนภาษาเกม

เปิด Settings แล้วเลือกตามภาษาของอุปกรณ์ ไทย หรือ English ภาษาจะเปลี่ยนทันทีและระบบจะจดจำการตั้งค่าไว้ในเครื่อง

ติดอยู่ในด่าน

ใช้ Undo, Restart หรือ Hint จากปุ่มควบคุมในเกม โดย Hint และทุก World ใน Loopora 1.0 เปิดให้ใช้ได้ฟรี
